I’m Luke — the owner of Pool Pulse and the person who actually shows up when your pool breaks. No call center. No dispatch. Just me, my tools, and over a decade of hands-on experience.

The Beginning

This isn’t something I picked up last year.

I started working on pools at 12 years old in Gulf Shores, Alabama — spending every summer pulling pumps, diagnosing leaks, replacing heaters, and balancing water chemistry on real pools with real problems. Not reading about it. Doing it.

I learned the trade from the smartest guys in the field over the years, went full time at 18, and never looked back. Now at 22, I’ve got over a decade of hands-on experience with every brand and every system along the Gulf Coast.

That’s what Pool Pulse is built on — not a business plan from a textbook, but thousands of hours in the field solving problems.

The Problem I Saw

Most pool guys only do cleaning. The second something breaks, you’re on your own.

I watched it happen over and over — vacation rental owners calling around for a repair tech, getting voicemail after voicemail, while guests arrive to a pool that doesn’t work. Nobody in this area was offering real on-call maintenance and repair. So I built it.
